The two files required to set-up the program are both over 4mb in size and are not openly available on the site.
The two files require a password sending by email.
This is so bandwidth usage can be monitored and if there is anything important users can be informed via email.
If you are interested and want to download the program please use this email address to request a password:

you will not receive a reply or a password.
