| Details: Anyone who downloaded the update 08_06_16.zip and added it to their database before 18:45 on June 18th needs to do the following. On the Edit/Delete Data page -----
(Primary Field = Week),
(Old Value = 25),
(New Value = 24),
(Secondary Field = Year),
(Secondary Field Condition = 2008), -----
Click 'Edit Data'. You must do the edit before adding next weeks data |

| Details: After adding the 071022 update but before adding the 071029 update - on the Edit/Delete Data page in the First or Only ID Number type 189626 then in the Last ID Number type 189751 then click Delete Data. The update for 071029 will include the correct Portugese Masters form. |

| Subject: Monty won the European Open not the French! |
| Details: Rushing after a holiday I incorrectly listed the European event for week 27 as the French Open instead of the European Open.
If you added the 07_07_16 update to your database before 1pm on 18/7 on the Edit Data screen do this:
For the Event name change:
Primary Field = Event and Secondary Field = Week
..
Primary Field Old Value = French and Secondary Field = 27
...
Primary Field New Value = European Open
For the Location name change:
Primary Field = Location and Secondary Field = Week
..
Primary Field Old Value = France and Secondary Field = 27
...
Primary Field New Value = Ireland
For the Course name change:
Primary Field = Course and Secondary Field = Week
..
Primary Field Old Value = Paris National and Secondary Field = 27
...
Primary Field New Value = K Club 2 |

| Subject: Madeira Week Number |
| Details: I stuffed up and for some reason last week numbered Madeira as Week 13 instead of Week 12.
On the Edit Data screen do this:
Primary Field = Week and Secondary Field = Year
..
Primary Field Old Value = 13 and Secondary Field = 2007
...
Primary Field New Value = 12
.
Then click the Edit Data button and OK to changing 13 to 12
It should say 144 records were edited.
You must do this before adding the 07_04_02 update which will have the real week 13's |

| Details: Several names in databases installed before January 2007 have mixed formats. They can be viewed (or downloaded right-click and Save) here: Player Name Errors Then if you think any are worth editing use the 'Edit Data' screen, Primary Field = Player,

| Details: There is a space between the J & P for his 1999 form.
On the Edit Data screen:

| Subject: Event Name Requires Editing |
| Details: The 2005 Scandinavian Mastera is currently listed as just Scandinavian.
On the 'Edit Data' page please do the following:
1) 'Primary Field' = Event,
2) 'Primary Field Old Value' = Scandinavian,
3) 'Primary Field New Value' = Scandinavian Masters,
4) Click the 'Edit Data' button,
This should edit 154 records. Close the program and then restart it for the changes to take effect. |
